Privacy policy
Last updated 5 November 2026. This policy explains what personal data Aeterna Wealth Private Limited ("we") collects through this website and how we use it, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, phone number, email and message when you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or a form.
- Usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location (city) and how you reached the site, through Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and Google Analytics (which sets cookies named
_gaand_ga_*holding a random identifier).
The calculators and fund data run in your browser; the numbers you enter are not sent to us. A few preferences, such as the funds you add to Compare, are kept in your own browser's storage.
How we use it
To reply to you and provide the services you ask for, to meet our legal and regulatory duties (including KYC when you invest), and, in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful. We do not sell personal data and do not show ads.
Who we share it with
Fund houses, registrars (CAMS, KFintech), product manufacturers and platforms when you invest through us, as required to process your transactions; service providers that host this site and analytics (Cloudflare, Google), under their terms; and regulators or authorities when the law requires.
How long we keep it
Enquiries for up to 3 years unless you become a client; client records for as long as regulations require (generally at least 8 years).
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to [email protected]. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
